- 4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 300 ml Plant-based milk (unsweetened almond, oat, or coconut milk)
- 200 g Natural Skyr
- 2 tbsp Honey or agave syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 250 g Fresh strawberries
- Mix chia seeds in a bowl with 300 ml of plant-based milk.
- Stir the mixture well and let it rest for about 15 minutes until it becomes gel-like.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 200 g of natural skyr with 2 tbsp of honey or agave syrup and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Wash 250 g of fresh strawberries and cut them into small cubes or slices.
- Gently fold the prepared skyr into the chia pudding until everything is evenly distributed.
- Layer glasses or bowls alternately with the chia-skyr mixture and the chopped strawberries.
- Chill the finished chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
