Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 300 ml Plant-based milk (unsweetened almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 200 g Natural Skyr
  • 2 tbsp Honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 250 g Fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Mix chia seeds in a bowl with 300 ml of plant-based milk.
  • Stir the mixture well and let it rest for about 15 minutes until it becomes gel-like.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 200 g of natural skyr with 2 tbsp of honey or agave syrup and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Wash 250 g of fresh strawberries and cut them into small cubes or slices.
  • Gently fold the prepared skyr into the chia pudding until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Layer glasses or bowls alternately with the chia-skyr mixture and the chopped strawberries.
  • Chill the finished chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Notes

  • Store the chia pudding mixture in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
  • Chia pudding should not be heated; serve it cold for the best texture.
