- 100 g Lotus Biscoff Aufstrich (Creme)
- 50 ml Milch (optional)
- 300–400 g Lotus Biscoff Kekse oder klassische Spekulatius Kekse
- 2–3 Esslöffel ungesüßtes Kakaopulver
- Optional: Eine Handvoll zusätzliche Biscoff Kekse, grob zerstoßen

- Eiskalte Schlagsahne mit Puderzucker, Vanilleextrakt und Salz steif schlagen. Gekühlte Mascarpone separat cremig rühren. Die geschlagene Sahne vorsichtig in drei Schritten unter die Mascarpone heben, bis eine luftige Creme entsteht. Bis zur Verwendung kühlen.
- Abgekühlten, starken Kaffee mit geschmolzenem Lotus Biscoff Aufstrich gründlich verrühren, bis alles homogen ist. Optional Milch hinzufügen. Die Mischung in eine flache Schale füllen.
- Biscoff-Kekse einzeln und sehr kurz (1-2 Sekunden pro Seite) in die Biscoff-Kaffee-Mischung tunken. Eine Schicht getränkter Kekse in eine Auflaufform (ca. 20×30 cm) legen. Die Hälfte der Mascarpone-Creme darauf verteilen. Eine zweite Schicht getränkter Kekse legen, dann den Rest der Mascarpone-Creme darauf glatt streichen.
- Das Tiramisu abdecken und für mindestens 4-6 Stunden, idealerweise über Nacht, im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen. Dies ist entscheidend für Textur und Aromaentwicklung.
- Vor dem Servieren die Oberfläche großzügig mit ungesüßtem Kakaopulver bestreuen. Optional grob zerstoßene Biscoff-Kekse darüber streuen. In Portionen schneiden und genießen. Reste sind im Kühlschrank 3-4 Tage haltbar.
