  • In einem leistungsstarken Mixer die Datteln und den Knoblauch fein zerkleinern.
  • Alternativ: Datteln mit einem Messer klein schneiden oder über Nacht in Wasser einweichen, abtropfen lassen und mit einem Stabmixer pürieren.
  • Frischkäse, saure Sahne, Currypulver, Salz und Pfeffer in den Mixer geben. Alles gut vermengen, bis eine glatte Masse entsteht.
  • Ohne Mixer: Per Hand oder mit einem Stabmixer gut vermischen.
  • Nach Belieben nachwürzen.
  • In eine Servierschüssel umfüllen und genießen!
